1) Do you accept returns?
Yes. Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

2) How do I start a return?
Email info@talya-store.com with your order number and a brief description. Returns require authorization (RMA). Do not ship without approval.

3) Where is your return center?

4) When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank posting time may vary).

5) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days. We may request photos and resolve with replacement or refund as appropriate.
